Crown Castle International prices $750M senior notes offering

• Crown Castle International (NYSE:CCI) priced its public offering of 2.9% senior notes due 2027 in aggregate principal amount of $750M.
• The senior notes will have an interest rate of 2.9% per annum and will be issued at a price equal to 99.758% of their face value to yield 2.952%.
• Net proceeds are expected to be approximately $741M, after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses payable by CCI.
