EuroDry signs new time charter contract for M/V "Molyvos Luck"

• EuroDry (NASDAQ:EDRY) has signed a new time charter contract for its M/V "Molyvos Luck" drybulk vessel.
• The 2014-built Molyvos Luck has been chartered at $25.75K/day for a minimum of eleven to a maximum of thirteen months. The new rate will commence upon completion of the existing charter, estimated in early May 2022.
• The charter will generate a minimum of $8.5M of contracted gross revenues and is expected to make an EBITDA contribution of over $5.5M.
