@BartAtTheRanch When did you initially invest in this BDC? I did know about it's recent IPO let alone aware of this company until you message posted yesterday on another message post thread to me that it (RWAY) was one of your "best BDC stocks" that you owned. That prompted me to take a look. I see that the former head of the NSDAQ - Greenfield - is on the Board of Directors. I was wondering how you came to know and find out about this BDC?

t Late November. Note that it is a developing story with one of the lowest leverage rates in BDC-land, which means as they start to borrow and lend their income will be going up significantly.

As you know I try to track all BDCs a least somewhat.

@BartAtTheRanch Did you have some type of source - investment newsletter, publication, etc. - that apprised you that RWAY was coming to market as IPO BDC company in November - or did you just happen to eventually come upon the company through Seeking Alpha?
