I find this odd. Austin and San Antonio are dominated by HEB for groceries, so why the have Kroger hub here in Texas?

Somehow this stock has risen enough to become my third largest holding.

I sold every KR share I could this afternoon: 1,000+ shares. I love the stock and have been long for 5 years, but there's no good reason it's up 15-20% in 2 days.

This is peak Kroger. Their jacking prices under the tired ruberic of "inflation" will cause Mkt share losses.
Plenty of competition very leveraged and able to gain Mkt share as customers learn Kroger has become less price compitive. I'm in their core Dallas Mkt Aldi and the rest are game to gain Mkt share easily.
