Sonoco-Alcore to raise paperboard prices in EMEA

• Sonoco-Alcore, wholly owned by Sonoco (NYSE:SON), is set to raise prices on all recycled paperboard grades sold in the company's EMEA regions by €100 (£85)/tonne.
• The decision was made in light of continued escalation in the cost of European energy.
• The price change is effective for all shipments made on or after Mar. 14, 2022.
