The main thing to preview, left out by SA, is that the company promised a new divvy on last CC -- and said details would be announced on this CC. Guided to a divvy of 20-40% of earnings, so 5%+ divvy -- so we shall see if we get what was promised on CC tonight :)

So a 6% divvy at today's closing price in the 5.60's
