Computer Programs and Systems CEO Boyd Douglas to retire

  • Computer Programs and Systems (NASDAQ:CPSI) said Monday Boyd Douglas will retire as president and CEO, effective Jun. 30.
  • CPSI named Chris Fowler, current COO, as Douglas' successor.
  • In connection with his retirement, Douglas will also resign from CPSI's board effective Jun. 30, at which time Fowler will become a director.
  • Douglas will continue to serve as a senior advisor until Dec. 31.
  • Fowler joined CPSI in 2000 and was named COO in 2015.
