BitNile revises pricing of series D preferred stock offering

  • BitNile (NYSE:NILE) on Wednesday revised the pricing of its public offering so that 144K 13% series D cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred shares will be offered at $25/share.
  • Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$3.6M, up from the earlier expected proceeds of ~$3.08M.
  • The series D preferred shares are expected to start trading on NYSE on or about Jun. 7 under the symbol "NILE PRD".
  • The offering is expected to close on or about Jun. 3.
