  • Liberty Latin America (OTC:LILAB) said its 49%-owned subsidiary Cable & Wireless Panamá has completed the acquisition of América Móvil operations in Panama.
  • "We welcome the positive conclusion of the regulatory review for our transaction in Panama," Liberty Latin America CEO Balan Nair said.
