Evolution Petroleum President/CEO Brown to depart; Loyd names interim CEO
Evolution Petroleum (NYSE:EPM) said Tuesday that President and CEO Jason Brown is leaving the company "to pursue other opportunities," while board member Kelly Loyd is named as interim CEO.
Loyd has been a director since 2008, and has most recently been associated with Petralis Energy Partners and JVL Advisors.
Evolution Petroleum (EPM) has diversified away from Denbury while adding the Williston Basin and a new line of unconventional business, Long Player writes in a bullish analysis published two months ago on Seeking Alpha.
