Hemisphere Energy to buyback 8.9M shares

• TSX Venture Exchange accepts Hemisphere Energy (OTCQX:HMENF) intention to renew of its normal course issuer bid to purchase for cancellation, from time to time, as Hemisphere considers advisable, up to 8,905,836 common shares of the Company, representing ~10% of the current public float of the common Shares.
• The NCIB will commence on July 14, 2022 and will terminate on July 13, 2023.
