  • Nordson (NASDAQ:NDSN) announced a strategic business segment realignment that reinforces the company’s focus on its long-term profitable growth strategy.
  • The Company will reorganize into three financial reporting segments effective August 1, 2022: Industrial Precision Solutions (or IPS); Medical and Fluid Solutions (or MFS); and Advanced Technology Solutions (or ATS).
  • In fiscal 2021, the IPS, MFS and ATS segment had revenues of $1.2B, $0.6B and $0.5B respectively.
