Knightscope announces new contract for Autonomous Security Robot

• Knightscope (NASDAQ:KSCP) has announced a new agreement with a storage facility in Napa, California, where the use of storage facilities has increased 65% over the past 15 years.
• While such facilities are generally safe, they often experience break-ins leaving personal possessions and commercially stored items at risk.
• Knightscope’s K5 Autonomous Security Robot will patrol the storage facility to further enhance the protection offered to tenants that choose to store their belongings with them.
• KSCP is +7.49% to $3.30.

The problem is still the product and its actual, real world functionality and benefit to customers (or lack there of) for a hefty subscription cost. I think corporate security chiefs are asking what they are getting for $70 - $83k/yr. They probably want more than a slow moving mobile security camera that still needs human monitoring and intervention to resolve security events.

It will be no surprise when the stock reaches true penny stock status (below $1.00)

I dont understand why there are releases over 1 robot contracts. What are the metrics associated with a robot, what does it do for revenue, cash flow, margins? This is why many view KSCP as a pump and dump, meaningless press releases, 1 robot contracts and no metrics to associate with it.
