Vail Resorts CFO to step down after 10-years tenure

• Vail Resorts (NYSE:MTN) announced that EVP & CFO Michael Barkin will step down, after serving for almost a decade, to pursue personal opportunities
• The effective date is Dec.31, 2022 or such other date as mutually agreed upon based on new appointment or transition.
• Barkin joined Vail Resorts in July 2012 as VP, strategy and development and was named CFO in March 2013.
