The yield is based on the NAV, so when the market improves and the NAV is enhanced so will the dividend.

When the sh price goes back up, so will the div.

@honestjohn1 Uumm isn't dividend based upon income ??? Increased share price does not mean increased income, it implies increased stock demand .....
