  • Sachem Head bolstered its holdings of Arconic (NYSE:ARNC), Opendoor Technologies (NASDAQ:OPEN), Momentive Global (NASDAQ:MNTV), and Uber Technologies (NYSE:UBER) and exited stakes in Carvana (NYSE:CVNA), Bellring Brands (NYSE:BRBR), and Post Holdings (NYSE:POST) as of June 30, 2022, according to the hedge fund's 13F filing.
  • The fund's holding in Arconic (ARNC) increased to 4.08M shares from 450K shares at March 31; its stake in Momentive (MNTV) increased to 6.97M shares from 5.72M shares; Opendoor (OPEN) stake rose to 4.22M shares from 2.84M share; its Uber (UBER) holding increased to 4.58M shared from 3.66M shares.
  • Sachem Head took new holdings in FedEx (NYSE:FDX) with ~494K shares, Elastic (NYSE:ESTC) NV with 743K shares, Hasbro (NASDAQ:HAS) at 620K shares, and New Relic (NYSE:NEWR) at ~1.49M shares
  • The company pared its stake in Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) to 40K shares from 253K shares, Olin (NYSE:OLN) to 9.45M shares from ~12.0M shares,
  • Earlier, Smartsheet (SMAR) gains after activist Sachem Head reports stake in 13F filing
