Vroom files to sell $300M worth of securities

Vroom (NASDAQ:VRM) traded lower early on Monday after the company filed a mixed shelf offering of $300M.

The filing gives online automobile retailer Vroom (VRM) the right to sell from time to time a mix of stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, or units.

Shares of Vroom (VRM) fell 3.37% in early trading to $1.72 vs. the 52-week trading range of $1.03 to $26.61.
