Copa Holdings passenger traffic gains 2% for Aug. vs. Aug. 2019

  • Copa Holdings (NYSE:CPA) on Tuesday said passenger traffic for Aug. 2022 rose 2% from the level before the COVID-19 pandemic in Aug. 2019.
  • Consolidated capacity gained 0.4% for Aug. 2022 from the level before the pandemic in Aug. 2019.
  • CPA said load factor for Aug. 2022 was 86.6% compared to 85.3% for Aug. 2019.
  • Copa provides Latin American passenger and cargo services.
  • Class A shares of CPA earlier closed -3% at $72.67.
