Paysafe to enter Kansas online sports-betting market

  • Specialized payments platform Paysafe (NYSE:PSFE) is entering into Kansas online sports-betting market, going live this month with online and retail sports-betting.
  • Kansas becomes the 23rd U.S. state or jurisdiction where Paysafe is set to have a presence, supporting operators with payments.
  • In Kansas, Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ:CZR), DraftKings (NASDAQ:DKNG) and PointsBet (OTCQX:PBTHF) have extended their payments partnerships with Paysafe.
  • "We're delighted to continue our 2022 North American expansion by entering Kansas," Zak Cutler, president of global gaming at Paysafe, said.
  • PSFE shares were trading +0.69% pre-market. CZR and DKNG shares were trading -0.37% and -0.87% pre-market.
