RBB Bancorp appoints David Morris president and CEO

  • RBB Bancorp (NASDAQ:RBB) on Monday said it had appointed David Morris as its CEO and president, effective immediately.
  • Morris was appointed interim president and CEO on Feb. 22 after having joined the company in 2010 as CFO, RBB said in a statement.
  • The company conducted a "thorough search" for a CEO before deciding on elevating Morris.
  • RBB also said Shalom Chang will assume the role of chief accounting officer, effective immediately.
  • RBB Bancorp (RBB) stock +2.5% to $22 after hours.
