Elme Communities CFO Stephen Riffee to retire

  • Elme Communities (NYSE:ELME) has announced that EVP and CFO Stephen Riffee plans to retire the end of February 2023.
  • Steven Freishtat, currently VP, Finance, is expected to succeed Riffee as CFO.
  • As part of the CFO succession plan, Drew Hammond, VP, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, is expected to be promoted to SVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Kelly O’Shields, Director, Real Estate Accounting, is expected to be promoted to VP, Finance.
