California Water Service subsidiary acquires Driftwood Valley's water system assets

• Washington Water Service, a subsidiary of California Water Service (NYSE:CWT) has acquired Driftwood Valley Association’s water system assets.
• Washington Water will now provide water utility service to Driftwood Valley Homeowner Association’s 62 customers in Yelm, Wash.
• Per the terms,  Washington Water plans to continue investing in local water system infrastructure to help maintain a reliable supply of safe, clean water flowing to customers for their everyday needs and to firefighters for emergencies.
