- COMSovereign Holding (NASDAQ:COMS) has named interim David Knight as it new permanent chief executive officer and president, following the departure of Daniel Hodges in September.
- The appointment has come into effect on Nov. 23, the telecom provider told on Tuesday.
- Previously, Knight has worked in advisory role to COMSovereign and has served as CEO of Dispersive Holdings, a cybersecurity company based in Atlanta, GA. He also was a CEO of Federos (acquired by Oracle).
- Stock is up 1.9% in pre-market trading on Tuesday.
