Regal Rexnord explores strategic alternatives for motors and generators businesses

Regal Rexnord (NYSE:RRX) is exploring strategic alternatives, including a potential divestment, of its global motors and generators businesses that represent a majority of the sales within its Industrial Systems reporting segment.
Motors and Generators designs and manufactures integral (~>5 HP) motors and generators for a diverse range of industrial applications. The strategic review may or may not lead to a decision to divest these businesses.
