• Payable March 15; for shareholders of record Feb. 24; ex-div Feb. 23.
• The board of directors has authorized the repurchase, from time to time, of up to an additional 10 million shares of the company's common stock on the open market

Bought this 3 years ago. Has more than doubled for me, and kicks off a 4.25% yield on cost. Net debt is about zero, and ROIC is 57%. Great business. Should continue to do well for the long-term.
