SAP proposes €2.05 dividend

• SAP (NYSE:SAP) has proposed a €2.05/share annual dividend for fiscal year 2022.
• This marks an increase of €0.10, or 5% compared to the regular dividend paid for fiscal year 2021.
• If approved by shareholders and assuming the same level of treasury shares, the total amount distributed in dividends would be ~€2.4B.
