• Forward yield 0.19%
• Payable July 14; for shareholders of record July 3; ex-div June 30.
• Additionally, the Board of Directors has authorized a new up to $500M stock repurchase program from time to time through June 30, 2026.
• The new stock repurchase program will become effective on July 1, 2023, upon expiration of the company's existing stock repurchase program.
