Moody's is upgrading the debt of more U.S. companies than it's downgrading for the first time since Q2 2007, underpinning a surge in bond sales. Yesterday, Ford (F) sold $500M in following a two-notch upgrade by Fitch. The spread between corporate and Treasury bond yields of 160 bps is the narrowest since 2007.
