Lovesac receives notice from Nasdaq after delay in filing quarterly report

• Lovesac (NASDAQ:LOVE)said it has received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of the Nasdaq on Sept. 18 saying that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq listing rule due to delay in filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended July 30.
• The notice has no immediate impact on the company's listed securities, which will continue to trade on Nasdaq.
