Morgan Stanley (MS) and Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) issued $4B and $2.5B in bonds respectively this week, as banks sold debt at the fastest pace in at least 12 years. Banks accounted for $11B of the $22.5B in U.S. corporate bond sales this week, as companies continue to take advantage of low yields and tight spreads.
