Ultra-low bond yields are a "double-edged sword" if typically risk-averse investors are forced to take on atypical levels of risk to grab more yield "to make ends meet," Wells Fargo's (WFC) Richard Gordon says. This change in investors' comfort level is "the dynamic that some government officials and lawmakers do not seem to understand."
