AIG's (AIG) plane-leasing unit repays the $2B line it borrowed on after it lost access to credit markets in 2008 - and now looks to buy jets for the first time in three years. Five-year credit-default swaps tied to the unit have declined to 472 basis points from 836 bp at the end of last year.
