Big bank debt and equity are slammed in early trading, as news of more firms halting foreclosures weighs on the market. The gap between U.S. debt and five- and 10-year debt widens for Bank of America (BAC -3.2%), JPMorgan Chase (JPM -2.2%) and Citigroup (C -2.8%) on concern that slowing foreclosures "will keep deteriorating assets on their books."
