Echoing MBA data, Freddie Mac says 30-year fixed mortgage rates ticked up for the first time in five weeks - to 4.21%, from 4.19%. Fifteen-year rates rose for the first time in 14 weeks, to 3.64%. Meanwhile, 5/1 ARMs have fallen to a record low of 3.45%.
