Dumb money? About a quarter of the cash flowing into U.S. equity funds since early September - more than $2B - has come from individual investors, a turnaround from the $23B yanked out during August. It could help the market extend its run for a while, yet it may also mean it is late in the game since retail investors are often a lagging indicator.
