The availability of online TV content isn't causing regular viewers to become "cord cutters," says a Nielsen survey. In fact, 84% of TV viewers who stream or download shows are "cord keepers," who maintain their typical scheduled broadcast watching habits. Knowing this, broadcasters might be open to greater partnerships with companies like Google (GOOG) and Netflix (NFLX).
