Italian regulators order short-sellers to disclose their positions when they reach 0.2% or more of a company's capital, with filing requirements for each additional 0.1%. The measure, in effect starting today, last until Sept. 9. Italy's FTSE MIB -3.1%; Italy ETF EWI -4.1% premarket; euro ETF FXE -1.5%.
