Hewlett-Packard (HPQ +4.1%) cuts the price of its TouchPad tablet by 20% less than two months after it hit stores. The Wi-Fi version with 16 gigabytes will now cost $399, and the 32g version will cost $499, each $100 less than comparable iPads (AAPL). H-P had lowered prices as part of a back-to-school promotion, but the cuts are now permanent.
