Over the last 2 years, Nokia's (NOK) Western European smartphone share has plunged from 55% to 11%, and its shipments have fallen 50% at a time when the market has boomed. Interestingly, it's Android (GOOG), not the iPhone, that's done most of the damage - Apple's (AAPL) Western European smartphone share has been relatively steady since Q2 '09.
