Amazon (AMZN) announces a comprehensive agreement with Hearst to become the largest third-party seller of Hearst's print magazine subscriptions, and will help develop the firm's e-commerce channel. It's a capitulation of sorts for Hearst, after the publisher directly challenged AMZN in the e-reader market in the past.
