British private-equity firm Terra Firma sues Citigroup, which lent it £2.5B towards a bloated £4B purchase of music publisher EMI. TF says Citigroup, facing a possible busted auction, lied about the number of rival bidders in order to cement the sale and £92.5M in fees.
