Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ:ADUS) acquire Options Home Care for an undisclosed amount. The personal care services provider is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HB Management Group.
"This transaction will complement our existing caregiver network in New Mexico, helping ensure that we can continue to deliver high-quality home-based personal care services to families across the state," says Addus CEO Dirk Allison.
Options Home Care has annual revenue of over $20M.
Addus HomeCare (ADUS +1.7%) acquires Cleveland, OH-based Priority Home Health Care for an undisclosed sum. Priority operates six offices in Ohio that generates ~$11M in revenues. Addus expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings this year.
Addus HomeCare (ADUS -0.3%) buys Tennessee-based Cura Partners, a provider of personal services to seniors and persons with disabilities. The acquisition will add $12M - 13M to Addus' top line this year. No financial terms are disclosed.
