The Rail Technology & Services segment provides a suite of operational software products covering timetabling, resource and rolling stock planning and optimization, real time performance and control, service recovery, retail services, incident management, retail services, and asset management; and infrastructure software services that include safety and risk management, data loggers and sensors, switch machines, track circuits, wiring and signalling systems, remote condition monitoring hardware and data acquisition, and asset visualisation and digital railway. This segment also offers transit and ticketing and delay repay solutions. The Data, Analytics, Consultancy & Events segment provides geographical information systems and Earth Observation, as well as analytics solutions and services; consultancy, training, and technology-related professional services; transport data collection and analysis; and traffic management solutions and event admission control services. This segment also offers transport surveys, passenger analytics, and GIS location data, as well as data informatics. It serves transport operators; network rail, passenger, and freight train operators; local authorities; music and sporting event organisers; engineering and infrastructure companies; government agencies; highways authorities; and large engineering consultancies transport planners in the United Kingdom, Ireland, rest of Europe, North America, and internationally. In addition, it provides Centrix, a data acquisition software platform; and RailHub, a risk management and safety platform. Tracsis plc was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Leeds, the United Kingdom.
