Upon 1998 ruble and debt crisis relocated to USA (New York, then - Los Angeles) where passed SEC Series 7, 63, became registered representaive of New York State, and, later, independent reseach analyst with Sophia Orange Investment Advisors pursuant to Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
