I am PhD research scientist with an interest in trading special situations and volatility as a supplement to more standard investments like IRAs and 401ks. I currently work in the Biotech industry in Boston, MA and am especially interested in the business of startups. In my career, I have worked for large, mid-size, and small pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. I have also conducted clinical research in an academic medicine setting. I do not write about companies that I am or have been employed by and any opinions or ideas are absolutely my own.
