Hi I'm Chaim Siegel. I've run Elazar since inception in 2004.
In my career working at Morgan Stanley, SAC, JLF and my own firm I've always been known to be a stock picker with the ability to uncover the big calls.
I don't think it's so so complex. It's a process. I speak to companies, understand how businesses work and how different scenarios affect the earnings.
Our earnings numbers have been included in the official street numbers and we've appeared in the Wall Street Journal and MarketWatch.
We have a service here on Seeking Alpha, "Nail Tech Earnings" where we work for you to find the best tech stocks with the most upside potential.
PS We think we are going into an absolute multi-year tech boom which is why we're doing this service for you here. Not bubble, tech boom.
We speak to a ton of company managements, show you all our work, take your requests, have great interaction through the day on chat, give you our models before they hit the street, and tell you which stocks can make you the most money.
If you have any questions on anything what-so-ever, please let me know.
Wishing you happy and profitable investing.

Regarding me, the one who writes on Seeking Alpha, I have been interested in finance since I was a little more than a kid and I started investing right after high school. After a few working experiences at several companies, including some multi-billion dollars multinationals, and some life-changing events, I felt my career needed a change too. I decided to switch to the investing industry, so that I could do what I really love. Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Master in Finance. I work as an independent analyst in the equity space, servicing buy-side institutions, mainly in Continental Europe.
I am constantly looking for opportunities with asymmetric risk/reward in the stock space, including GARP plays, value, and short selling. Growth investing? Yes, and I am pretty good with that, but without crystal balls.
For any purpose, you can message me here on Seeking Alpha or send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

The most interesting and important to me are the entertainment industry, commodities, BRICs, and the impact of loose money policies on businesses and investors.
These days I invest only for myself, while continuing to write on a variety of financial and economic topics.

We operate an investment newsletter that is currently outperforming the S&P 500. Our strategy is to seek opportunities to buy growth at a reasonable price (GARP). People in the past have messaged me with questions about a news article or a good investment idea for a year. I can make bets with strong conviction when current stock price does not equal intrinsic value, but I cannot tell you when they will meet. Through my experience stock price should move in tandem with earnings over the long-run. My goal is to find the greatest margin of safety in quality growth stocks that will achieve above-market returns without taking excess risk (alpha). My investment process: -Turn every stone, every rock, and sift through the sand. -Invest in good businesses with solid management track records. -Never overpay for a stock. Enter when current price trades at a 30% discount to intrinsic value. -Be patient. -Review holdings and sell only if fundamental business has changed since initial purchase.

Importantly, I often highlight risk management and entry/exit strategies, as I believe they represent areas that are often neglected but materially important for readers to understand and apply if they want to be profitable long term.
Full Disclosure: I am in a collaborative relationship with The Biotech Forum/Bret Jensen.
I am a medical professional, but I have been studying investing for many years so that I can control my own portfolio. DGI seems to be the best way for me to invest for my retirement while being able to sleep at night.
