Gross margin fell 130 bps Q/Q and 210 bps Y/Y to 45.5%. Telecom optical component sales +3.7% Q/Q but -22.5% Y/Y. Commercial lasers were strong, +19% Q/Q and +21% Y/Y. JDSU -4.8% AH. FNSR -3.5%.
