Good morning and thank you for joining Orion Energy's Systems first quarter call. Orion's CEO, Mike Altschaefl will open today's call with some first quarter highlights, followed by discussion of the company's business strategy and its objective and a review of Orion's financial goals for the full fiscal year. Orion's CFO, Bill Hull will touch on a few additional financial highlights, and then we will open the call to questions.
