First of all, thank you for joining us. I think we did this two years ago. Two years ago, virtually. But we haven't done it for real.

Blame a mirror. So, I was just thinking about Fred's comment that CEOs used to stay in their lane and now they're all over the place, and you've gone the opposite. So, in two years, you've reversed six years of AT&T M&A and spinning out Warner, spinning out DirecTV, what does a more tightly focused AT&T allow you to do that you couldn't do before?

John Stankey
