All the world’s a stage. But for ETF investors, that stage is often difficult to find. That’s because the past many years have led investors to focus on a very narrow set of investment opportunities. Yet beyond FAANG stocks and cryptocurrency, there is a whole wide world of investments, including in the form of ETFs that each target a single country’s stock market. I track over 75 of them in my work at Seeking Alpha, and invite you to follow me as I span the globe in search of timely, quality investments in ETFs that give me access to single country stock portfolios. Throughout the Americas, Europe, Asian, Africa and the Middle East, there are country ETFs that allow investors like me to run portfolios allocated geographically, not only by sector or asset class. Non-US markets have underperformed for a while, but I believe that a return to global investing competitiveness will boost the demand and the story around non-US, single country investing. My mission on Seeking Alpha is to open investors’ eyes to the benefits of taking a country-by-country view. I look forward to interacting with the Seeking Alpha audience and using the decades of research experience to provide compelling ideas and rationale for investing in this growing area.
